ARISE Physical Therapy recognizes the importance of specialized care for both female and male pelvic floor, pelvic, and abdominal conditions. In our private, comfortable setting, we treat a wide range of concerns including abdominal pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), erectile dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, hip pain, and tailbone issues. We also provide comprehensive care for pre- and postpartum conditions, addressing pain and physical limitations related to pregnancy, cesarean recovery, birth trauma, pubic bone or sacroiliac joint pain, and residual diastasis recti (abdominal separation). Treatment may include internal and external muscle re-education, hands-on manual therapy, and progressive therapeutic exercise, all guided by our certified pelvic floor specialist.
Emsella Chair
At ARISE Physical Therapy, we are proud to offer the Emsella® Chair—an advanced, non-invasive treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and improve bladder control without surgery, discomfort, or downtime. Using high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology, the Emsella Chair delivers thousands of powerful pelvic floor contractions in a single session—far beyond what traditional exercises can achieve alone. Sessions are comfortable, performed fully clothed, and typically last about 30 minutes. This innovative therapy is ideal for women and men experiencing urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, or postpartum changes, and serves as a convenient and effective complement to pelvic floor physical therapy.
